This workshop will provide a comprehensive overview of cost proposal development, detailing expense categorization and offering useful templates for project budget preparation, including project launch, set-up, monitoring and reporting. It will also cover critical aspects of cost management, such as expense control and reporting. Additionally, the speaker will discuss key considerations in research project finance, including common funding mechanisms, matching funding and post-award factors.
No prior experience is required — the workshop is open to those new to project cost management as well as those seeking to refine their skills.
