Vancouver General Hospital Research Pavilion, 828 West 10th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C.
Join C2E2 for a spotlight session on cardiac arrest research. Dr. Jacob Hutton with discuss efforts to properly define and estimate the impact of novel technologies that increase recognition on survival, and will highlight the utility of a causal perspective in understanding the impact of new technologies using observational data. He will also explain how a causal perspective has allowed researchers to properly define the potential for these technologies, and how this has influenced efforts to develop and validate physical technologies for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest detection.
