Purpose of Study
The purpose of this study is to learn about older adults and the network of people caring for them. This is in order to understand care professionals’ connections and communications, with the goal of improving how teams work together. The study will be conducted through interviews with older adults, with the interview duration being 60 minutes or less.

Eligibility
You may be eligible to participate if you are a community-dwelling adult who is 65 years of age or older.
