Join us to learn how to write an effective biographical sketch for grant applications. Biosketches are one of the many “soft” professional skills that are important for professional success. Using the new VCHRI Biosketch template, this workshop will review the format and provide tips to highlight your research accomplishments.

About the Speakers
Sharon Marsh is a Health Research Grant Development Officer with SPARC, and supports health-related grant development with expertise in CIHR and NIH grants.
Elizabeth Cheu is the Manager, Research Grant Development with SPARC, and leads health-related, and natural sciences and engineering grant development support to improve competitive funding for UBC. Elizabeth’s experience includes: intellectual property, commercialization, and chemistry.
Anna Meredith is the Research Manager, Department of Medicine at UBC, and supports research development, including grant and editorial reviews, award administration, education, and training.
