Biography
Dr. Donald Griesdale is associate director of the Centre for Clinical Epidemiology and Evaluation and an intensive care physician at Vancouver General Hospital. He is an assistant professor in the Department of Anesthesiology, Pharmacology and Therapeutics at the University of British Columbia with cross appointments in the Department of Medicine, Division of Critical Care Medicine and Neurology. Following his clinical training, he completed his Master of Public Health in quantitative methods at the Harvard School of Public Health.
Dr. Griesdale’s clinical and academic areas of interest include neurocritical care of patients with traumatic brain injury and hypoxemic ischemic brain injury following cardiac arrest.
