Biography
Dr. M-J Milloy is the interim director of research at the British Columbia Centre for Substance Use (BCSSU). He is also an associate professor in the Department of Medicine and a research scientist at the BCCSU. He has served as UBC’s inaugural Canopy Growth Professor of Cannabis Science since 2019. Dr. Milloy leads novel observational and experimental research into the health impacts of cannabis regulations and the possible therapeutic applications of cannabinoids, particularly for people living with substance use disorders or at risk of overdose.
